Dragy Suction Mount

Since it´s not always possible to mount your dragy an a magnetic surface and I was not willing to buy an overpriced printed mount from the internet I thought I give it a go and design my own suction cup mount.

It´s probably not perfect, but it works pretty well and doesn´t look too shabby. Due to it´s design, it´s possible to print it in PLA (but if you have PETG I would go with that).

I used some threaded heat set inserts in M4x4.0x6.3 (but any M4 will do) and gently "massaged" them in the mount with a hammer.

Then, all you need is two suction cups with an M4 screw and you are good to go.

BTW: I also made a sun visor mount, if you don´t wanna hassle with buying the threaded inserts and suction cups. ;)

I tried printing the mount the way it comes and upside down and couldn´t decide which way I like best, so it´s up to you.
