Drain Barrel Over Flow Adapter

I wanted a way to adapt my over flow to something I can move to another place besides the base of the barrel.
This is snug fit design and water flows to adpater to 1/2 PVC pipe connection.
The critters kep playing on one of mine so made the bolt setup and added here both the same just one is bolted and one pressure fit.
