I had a couple of these parts break on our kitchen cabinets, so I spent a day recreating the parts. The bracket snaps into the base (with some effort) and then you pop the base into pre-drilled holes on the back of the cabinet. These parts hold up the back half of the right glide for drawers. Could probably just mirror it to do the left side.... It might work as is, but I haven't tried yet.
