A quick replacement wheel for the sliding rails found on many desks and other furniture.
Using a Dremel or similar tool, grind the end of the metal dowel holding the old wheel to the rail, then remove that dowel and old wheel, maybe using a punch and/or long nose pliers.
Attach the new wheel with a short M5 and Nyloc nut. Make sure the wheel can rotate freely.
