For the belt, use GT2, you'll need about 1 meter. Also, use a lot of M3 screws. You need 5 square pipes of 195mm. Maybe you can make it longer to 400mm. You need two NAMA17 motors and one SG90. I designed it without bearings. I will add more in the future if needed. The wiring to the motor goes through the square pipe. There are no instructions for drilling the square pipe. Think!
I designed it all on PC only. I haven't verified it in the real thing. The accuracy of the design is one thousandth of a millimeter. This level of accuracy required about 3 days of my time. The only reason the square pipe is so short is because I wanted to make the design easier. The belt length would be easy to calculate.
