Dreamcast trigger repair

Heavy modification of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4882625
Full redraw of the central part to fit the trigger width correctly, all other models are too wide.
Additional surface for glue adhesion, but not needed in my case.

For the installation, the lower hight should be pointed forward / towards the upper side of the gamepad.
