I rotated it 90 degrees to print it out with the minimum of support.
I used the 50% infill and walls at 1.6mm thickness to give it strength.
Either print out a nut and bolt to fit (7-7.5mm) or use a metal one to tighten the collar.
With the addition of some desk clamps, it is rock steady.
Note this is for a clone of the Dremel, but a bit of tinkering, and you can modify it to meet your own requirements.In my case, the collar is perfectly positioned to balance the tool with no need for support at the back.
