I designed this specifically for sanding fullers in knife blades but it could be used for anything where you need to sand or grind a straight line on flat stock. This is designed to use the genuine Dremel flex attachment, but should work with most brands. To use, secure the part to the slider, mount the flex attachment to the dremel holder, set the holder to your desired height and angle, and move the slider back & forth to grind your line. You can also leave the angle adjustment slightly loose so you can put finger pressure on it and prevent the dremel from bogging down.
You will need 2 of the uprights - just flip the upright stl on the x axis in your slicer.
You may want 2 of the hold downs depending on what you are grinding.
Non-printed parts needed are:
4 x 150mm 10mm round tube for the uprights (or longer depending on the size stock you need to grind)
4 x M3 heatserts
4 x M3 x 20mm machine screws for securing the jig at the desired height
6 x M6 heatserts
6 x M6 x 40mm mach
