Dremel Guard/cover

I am busy porting and polishing the head on my MX-5 and wanted a guard to protect the edges of the ports from the collet nut when working in a tight space. i only want the tool end to do the work. and nothing else.

Note v1 this will only work with a tool head of 11mm or smaller. otherwise you cannot tighten the collet. this is still a work in-progress

V2 get the collet as close to tight as you can on the tool end you want to use. slide the guard over, line up the slot and put the 10mm tightening tool on it. then as you screw the guard down you will also tighten your tool end. its a bit of a faff but its how i get the larger tool end in place.
