For Dremel 8220 and probably 4000 (the nose shape looks similar).
This holds your Dremel horizontally while allowing vertical motion. This is useful if you do not have or want the 90 degree adapter.
The 8220 is pretty heavy. I used ABS and still chose to hold on to the tool to stabilize it. The Dremel press is not a very robust piece of hardware but these cuts are much better than I could do by hand.
