Drill Bit Box with excluded sizes

I added an IgnoreSizes list to the scad file, the sizes of which will be skipped when generating the box, those

for example, if IgnoreSizes = [7, 9], numberOfBits=6, FirstSize = 3, and increment 1, a box of bits will be generated. 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 mm

NOTE: When printing PLA with plastic, my spring-loaded fasteners broke off, everything was printed well by the author of the original model, so in any case, I leave the modified .scad file
