This jig is very userfriendly. It creates 4 faceted drill bit tips that cut very fast and don't wander on the surface.
As shown on the photos, the shavings are thick and there is no dust, not even from the initiation of the chisel part (the straight edge at the center). They do look at bit odd though, maybe somebody can comment on them in the comments?
Prerequisites:
Needs two 20 mm M6 screws (or longer) and one nut.
Printing:
Print with 2 mm wall/top/bottom thickness for stability, and no supports.
Sharpening:
1) Insert the bit in the holder such that the two cutting edges are parallel with the marking (see photo 1). The locking screw should grab on the shaft of the bit and not in the spiral threads.
2) Set the angle as shown on photo 2. There is a single dot next to the angle marking to help remembering which one to use first.
3) Now grind two faces until they are completely equal in size (see photo 3). NOTE: Before starting to grind, make sure the drill bit is
