Tired of having to vacuum or sweep every time you drill a simple hole in the wall? This accessory is the ultimate clean and compact solution for your DIY projects at home. Place the drill bit through the central guide, firmly press the spherical chamber against the wall, and drill with confidence. All the dust and debris will fall directly into the lower collection bin. When you're finished, simply release the integrated clip closures, open the hinged door, and empty the contents into the trash. It's that easy! ✨ Key Features Efficient Vacuum Chamber: The spherical shape helps contain the airflow and prevents fine plaster or brick dust from escaping to the sides. Quick and Clean Emptying: Equipped with a bottom hinge and functional print-in-place side clips, allowing you to open and empty the bin in seconds without any further disassembly. Centering Guides: Features raised markings around the drill bit opening to help you perfectly align the bit with the mark on the wall. Hassle-Free Printing: Geometrically optimized for high structural strength and a perfect fit in mechanical fasteners. 🛠️ Print Settings: As a tool among tools, it's recommended to set it up with extra robustness to withstand the bumps and knocks in your toolbox: Recommended Filament: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA. (PLA works great, but PETG will give the locking tabs extra flexibility.) Layer Height: 0.20 mm Perimeters: Minimum 3 or 4 wall lines to ensure the clips and hinge area have adequate flexibility and mechanical strength. Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid). Supports: Depending on the orientation on the print bed, the top sphere may require soft supports (Tree/Organic type) at the base of the curve if your printer doesn't handle steep overhangs well. 📦 What's included in the file? Main Body: With the spherical dust collection chamber and the drill guide. Hinged Lid/Dust Pan: The rear section that collects dust and opens for emptying.
