This is a holder that gets mounded to a wall or in this case, it is mounted to the inside of a cabinet. With two screws you can put it just about anywhere and makes for a good storage spot for a drill. This works with new Makita drills but it should work with older models and possibly other brands (I believe it worked with my Milwaukee).
