I saw a round stock centering guide on Thingiverse:

but didn't see a way to make it work for my drill press (a Craftsman). My drill press bed has a very precise hole in the center, and it seemed to make sense to use that hole to perfectly center the jig.

So, I re-did the design using Fusion 360, and customized it to my Craftsman drill press.

In addition, I realized that when you drill a part with this, you will almost certainly need to drill down into the jig. When you do this, if the bottom of the jig is hollow infill, it might cause the jig to fall apart. So, I created a version in Fusion that has the round base as a separate part from the jig. You can then bring these both into Cura, set the infill for the base at 100%, and then tell Cura to merge them together. It worked perfectly.
