Had this cheap damaged, [the tightening lugs broke off] drill press stand for some time (just sat in the corner), I needed a way of drilling with my dremel and designed an adapter that fits snugly into the 43mm hole of the press with a thread in the center to take the threaded part of the dremel.
The chuck on the dremel fits through the thread.
I found it easier to fit the dremel, then fit the plate to the drill press
The 2 Arm Knob is to replace the set-screw
