Drill Press Dust Collection

Made this slick drill press dust collection with blast gate, printed in PETG and only required a couple nuts and bolts to assemble that i pulled from my surplus bin. Works well.

Print the front, back, slider & spacer. then assemble the front and the back together sandwiching the spacer and slider. or if a blast gate is not necessary just assemble the front and back parts.

Then i printed 7 of the hose parts and the nozzle. They just pop into one another and once you have the hose assembled the hose will pop into the front plate.

the venturi style of the hose results in excellent flow and how the hose parts fit together prevent dust jams, also the spherical mating surfaces act in a self sealing fashion and will hold a shape in the hose once a vacuum is applied.
