Drill press ring light

This is designed to allow me to use a 80mm Car COB LED Angel Eyes Lights Halo Ring Kit lights to illuminate the table of my drill press. The 80mm light will fit around the drill chuck.

My drill press is about 40 years old, and had a hole to install a light, but an incandescent bulb seemed barely adequate, and probably in the wrong place. The ring light will shine on the table and light up everything there.

I used to holes for mounting the cover over the existing light hole to mount this. It is large enough to replace the cover.

Eventually I will put the 12V powersupply up in the hole where the light was supposed to go. For now, I have an external power supply so the wires stick out a bit.
