Drill press table removeable insert

This model is for a removeable insert for a drill press table. The model includes the base, the removeable insert and two templates for cutting it. Instructions Instructions are given in the photos. I apologize if I am using the imperial system but it is the more common system here for woodworking and I own very few metric sized tools. An inch is 25.4 mm so the conversion should be fairly simple. I thank you for your understanding. The templates were made to minimize filament so go gently. The critical dimension is the depth of cut when using the 2nd template as it will determine if the insert sit flush, below or above the surface. Measure often. Worst case, washers can be used if you rout too deep. The drill press fence model is available here External tools and hardware To install this, you will need: A router A 5/8" bushing adapter for a router and a 3/8" inch router bit. You can also use different sized bits as long as the difference in diameter is 1/4". No. 6 x 1/2 inch wood screws. 3d Printing A print profile is provided. The model requires no support.
