It should use steel washer 1mm thikness 5-5.8mm inner diameter and 17-30mm outer diametr.
IMPORTANT
if you will use washer with another thikness change bottom thikness. Sum of thiknesses shoud be 3mm(see image)
blender coupling is easy to disassembling, just use oil on hex nut and rotate left hand thread blade (pull on not sharp side).
