Drivinator clamping spacers

Not so much of a remix but an addition.
Madau3D's Divinator is great but I wasn't happy with the method of fixing it to the existing spacers, so made two new "Top Hat" spacers which when the rollers are tightened back on with the capscrews clamp it securely, I did leave a bit of a rebate on the end of the spacer flanges so they didn't rub on the bearing shield.
No drawings just dimensions:
Major DIA 12mm
Hole 5mm
OA length 8.3mm (measurement taken from existing spacers)
R/O flange to end 7.0 mm
Bearing shield clearance Rebate 0.3mm
