Drok voltage regulator case

This is mostly a stress-test for PETG/PCTG, but also adds a tool slot so the tool is always with the unit.

I used the factory PC screen cover, but left the design with a slot for a potential printable lid. Need to thread for nylon hardware (Drok) @ M3. Or, threads for steel screws should be automatic
