this is my design and it was a lot of work. every part are easy to print except the lever with round shape. i suggest you print it as it shown with support. everything else can be print without support.
you will need a single elastic and 2 tie wrap to complete the launcher.
this is the 14th drawing...

no need to multiply parts.. just print one of each and enjoy.
it was tested a lot and it works.
