These are drone feet and arm protectors for 12 x 12 motors. Two of the motor screw holes are open, so that 2 screws are clamping firmly to the carbon. the other two holes are counter sunk, so the screw holds the paws in place. That means 2 screws will need to be 1.5 mm longer. - Yeah, that's an annoying difference, but it's the thickness that works best in testing. Just use 2mm longer screws, unless they get too close to the windings, then go with 1mm longer instead.
