Drum Stand Clamp

This is a clamp designed to attach to a vertical drum stand (cymbal stand).

In one of the photos, I show a triangle and hand chimes that are hung precariously from a knob. This project was a fix for that mess.

I ended up making a version 2 with an improved attachment plate, where the plate has ridges to keep it from rotating.

The front plate keeps evolving. I have made further changes, now stored in drum_stand_clamp3.scad. This new plate has a ridge along the top for strength, and I have replace the hooks on the right with holes for a knob + nut.
I have also included some photos of an intermediate plate in use. Note that it is bending from the weight of the triangle. The next version with rotate the triangle hang by 90 degrees, and hopefully be stronger.
