Dryer Vent Gap 4inch with Flaps

This is a replacement vent cap that runs to the outside of the house. this was made to go around a 4 inch vent pipe. The hole in the cap is about 3.25 inches.

There are 2 print files one with a gap on top and one without.

The original file was made specifically for my situation. The siding was too close to the pipe and there wasn't enough space to have plastic run in between. I just ran silicone adhesive around the edges.

The second file is with no gap.

I made the print out of PLA but then the heat from the dryer warped the flaps. I fixed this by printing the flaps with ABS.
