Update 2-5-2024: Improved rack design. Greatly improved the interlock to join two STLs to make 9, 10 or 11 bar racks. Added handles to the end caps and made them stronger. Also increased the height of the separator columns. Added three .3MF files for use on Bambu Lab printers (X1C, P1P, P1S, A1) using Bambu Studio slicer. The .3MF files can be loaded into other slicers, but may not include any presets. Conp your slicer to have an Elephant foot compensation of 0.2mm. These STLs can be printed at 0.28mm to speed up print times. ----------- My wife makes homemade soap. So I created drying racks for her to store the bars while they cure. There are 3 STL files. With these 3 STLs you can make 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11 bar racks. Designed to print on any Prusa Mk3 or Ender 3 size print bed or larger. You print two copies of the STLs with the interlock to make one drying rack. The lengths of the racks are designed to fit half sheet pans in several orientations based upon which length rack you print. Two rack halves can be easily glued together with 3D Gloop. I recommend PLA.
