Dry Container for very small things, such as seeds. And yes, I also do consider this over engineered.
It is designed such that silica gel is put into the container, the sieve is screwed in place using a 3,5 x 16 mm wood screw (I used one from SPAX 4191010350161). On top of the sieve a cotton pad is placed to hold the goods (in my case seeds).
