DRZ400 SH775 Mounting Bracket

This is a mount to replace the OEM shunt-type rectifier/regulator with a Shindengen SH775 series-type R/R. This mounting plate utilizes the chain roller mount and the overflow tank mounting point. This is not my idea, just a mount I created. The overflow tank will have to be relocated or deleted (see turkey baster mod). You will need to use a Socket-Headed cap screw for the top right bolt since clearance is tight. I tried to keep the R/R as close to the frame and as low as it would go to minimize the amount of body plastic that would have to be trimmed back. This was made in Fusion 360, if you would like the project file, I'll be happy to share it if your mounting point positions vary from mine.
