DS1054Z Front panel cover

Hello, i designed a front panel clip-on cover for my Rigol DS1054Z.

In the downloads you will find two versions, one cut in half for printers with small print volume and one uncut for bigger printers.

Clips must be printed by themselves and then glued, to find the correct height and position refer to the little alignement blocks on each side of the cover.

Printing clips on their side will give you maximum bending strenght.

In the cut version I also added a perforated block where the two halves meet to secure everything with zip ties.

If you want to reduce print time and material consumption you can add holes (patterns, drawings, logos ... whatever) in the structure.

No support structures needed.

Some sanding required on contact surfaces before glueing in case of warping.

Cyanoacrylate is a good adhesive for pla.
