DSMRlogger v4.5 case

I've recreated the housing for a DSMR logger v4.5 from Willem aan de Wiel.
On the github there is a case for v4 which comes with the remark that it hasn't been printed, so first I've relocated some bevels and added my way.
And a lid.
On my multimaterial printer, I've added a manual text on the lid, .5mm high, and readable from below (mirrored) so the case comes with a label, useful in the utility cabinet. :)
Then I've actually printed it. Found some fitting screws and noticed the hole in the PCB is identical. This does not have to be a problem as it is not connected, but the scad is attached, so you can adjust if you have a 4x screws less than 2mm diameter.
