Custom DSO 150 case for a battery conversion, replacing the 9V battery and its connector with a LiPo battery and USB charging board.
This project is in no way perfect or in a finalised, 'polished' state - but it still allows for the DSO to be converted to a hand held device that can be recharged and used without wasting 9V's.
Personal component modules & parts used for this project:
1 x TP4056 Charging Module (Type C)
1 x Li-Po 603449
1 x XL6009 DC to DC
Additional notes;
1. XL6009 is not recommended. I highly recommend getting a DC-DC boost converter that is much slimmer
2. Due to how compact the inside of this device is, adding spacers / insulation between boards and parts may be needed to avoid shorting risks. (I personally used conformal coating, but pads are more advised, and I may design a future version with designated module 'pockets' that are separated)
3. Two of the screw mounting holes are very deep, so you'll need a long and thin cross-head screwdriver to affix the mai
