This is the wing I've been working for my corvette track car, it has a 13-½" chord and a span of 74". This is built from segmented ASA-CF prints with solid PPA-CF support sections. The segments of the main wing element are mounted to a pair of 38MM carbon fiber tubes for support. I bonded everything together with West Epoxy Systems and 404 high density filler, after the prints are bonded to the carbon tubes the whole wing is wrapped in carbon twill in a vacuum infusion or wet layup. The end caps of the wing are designed to fit 10-32 threaded heat set inserts to mounts whatever end plates you decide to go with. If you're only building the main wing element you will only require the first 4 items on the material list. Material list is in the last photo, you need more than 1 tube to span the length of the wing and that's reflected in the quantities. The tubes “telescope” inside each other hence the different sizes.
