Dual filter attachment

This is an improvement to my original (bulkier) 2-way adapter.

By using the male and female threads from the mask and the single_passage_maxflow pieces, this dual adapter allows 2 of the single_passage_maxflow pieces to be attached to the main mask.

After a day of testing it I haven't had any issues, but I make no promises.

I take no credit for the other components. This was an adaptive work I created using existing pieces.
