Dual Relay Module Support Component

A mounting frame for a dual relay module that does not require any extra hardware.
This is a component, not really meant to be used by itself.

I'm making a bunch of these to support different types of things. Then when you start a project, you can pick and choose and dump them into whatever form is required.
