Dual right-hand MK8

This remix is for someone who has [2 of the right-hand cheap MK8 extruders](https://amzn.to/3hAfzKx) instead of a right and left-hand pair. It is just 19mm wider with an extra hole. Of course this removes 19mm of range for your build plate, but at least you have 2 colors...
