Spin the wheels and what ever lines up on the top, are your dice roll numbers. You can print the multi-color version for the dice dots or print the non-multicolor version and paint in the dots. There are magnets that press fit into the holes and make sure the rolls stop on the numbers and not in between. The side towers have 2 magnets per hole (total of 8) to give a bit more bite on the wheels when spinning. You can only put 1 magnet in the side towers and it will spin for longer. If you clean out the grease on the bearings and just apply WD-40, the wheels will spin a lot longer before settling.
