Dual Useless Machine Battle (D.U.M.B.)

This is basically a combination of 2 useless machines I saw on youtube:

16 switches and 2 players. A 4 digit 7-segment display shows the current value of the switches in hexadecimal, and the machine can cooperate to set the swtiches to display the current time:
