Duality heavier outside wings

This is an updated version of the outerWing.stl from the original https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4743183 with inset areas for 10 "bb"s which are commonly available in the US from Daisy and other companies. The resultant wings are about 2x heavier which I'm hopeful will add sufficient mass to the rotating pieces so they'll spin more slowly.
