Best results I've found is with matte PLA for the letter bodies. Use whatever color you want for the letter caps, I used white. LED strips can be either white or multi-color, your choice. You only need about 3 meters or 10 feet of LEDs. Glue the letters with CA glue, install the LED strip and slide on the caps, easy-peasy!
