The modification:

Unfortunately the end cap of the bowden cable tube is too large to fit inside the original cut out in either Ranseyers or Konfettis design. I do not know whether Seval changed something. As a severe consequence there is always stress on the borden cable and even a locked door can be opened fro the outside if the external handle is pulled twice. My modification only deals with this aspect by introducing a new mounting cut-out for the end-cap of the Bowden cable tube. (See design comparison, left new vs. right old)
