I designed this stylised duck using Fusion 360. I printed the object in two halves and joined them using the two plugs and glue. This way I avoided using supports and the need for a lot of sanding. I also included an STL of the complete duck.
The objects were printed on an Ultimaker Original+ using Colorfabb Bronzefill, and Woodfill for the stand.
Print settings (duck): 100 mm/s, print temp at 210 dC, bed at 70 dC, 0.4 nozzle size.
After printing and joining the two halves, I sanded and polished the object until the bronze particles started to shine. For the final finish I used a little Brasso.
