Ducted Fan

Hi,

My Design Ducted Fan 100mm using Inner Brushless Motor 3660 3800KV & ESC 80A.

Do not have a thrust test yet. Will update later.

Update 21 Aug 19. I have to change the shaft by CNC aluminum because the 3D printed one cause too much shaking to the fan. I also update the new fan with cap. Thust test video below, Not satisfy much because the fan is too heavy for the motor so the max thrust test around only 1.5 - 1.7kg and motor draw over 100A. Maybe could reduce infill percent but increase wall thickness to strengthen fan blade (my test ducted fan with 1mm wall thickness and 98% infill) It will reduce fan weight and hope it can stand for high RPM.
