Duet CR10V2 Adapter

A simple plate adapter to install the Duet 2 Ethernet and use the current screw layout pattern in the CR10V2 electronics enclosure to mount the plate. The fan is slightly moved to force air over the stepper motor drivers.
The board is mounted on the plate via standoffs that are attached heat-set inserts pressed into the plate, although it could simply be raised and tapped instead to save on heat inserts (I may make that version later on). I used the heat inserts from McMaster but other M3 ones should fit just fine.

This was in an effort to change out the main board to a Duet and make the back panel have all connectors instead of just the heated bed.
