My toddler wanted to "exercise" with Mama, so I designed this. Now she can follow along with my workouts!
You can choose to have the ends with "100" printed on them (as in, 'Keep it 100!!') or plain. The tab should fit easily into the tube- if not, scale the end down or scale the tube up. I used E-6000 glue to connect the ends.
