This is a dumbbell holder I created to make a mace for workouts. However, I suppose you could put one on both sides of the pipe as well. It takes a 1-inch PVC SCH40 pipe and a pin. The pipe I used was 2 feet long and cost approximately $3 at Home Depot. You can change the weights as needed, as the handles for the metal hex dumbbells are a standard size. I have only used up to 10 lbs, but it feels solid.
