Stand for dumbbells. Can also use as push up bar or parallettes. Use your dumbbells to adjust the height from the ground. The width of the disc/barbell is 25mm and the depth of the embedding 10mm. Tested them out and they were very sturdy and grippy. Happy training ppl!
