Dummy 13 Backpack radios. 2.0

Need comms out in the field. Two different styles, CB and Phone. Both with filament arial holders.

So, I have made some adjustments to make the filament holders a bit better and added a couple of features.

*Just made a quick adjustment to the connector to make it fit better.
