Version 2 improves on my original locking stand in several ways.Much more freedom of movement with 15 degree increments of movement, as opposed to the 45 degree increments of V1.More sturdy locking mechanism with very little sag. No need to flex parts to connect everything (no more breaking from this!), it just screws together.Can support more weight!Works with PLA … mostly.The ball joint arm will suffer from material creep with PLA and will loosen over time.Everything just screws together easily. To adjust the position, just turn one of the knobs about half a turn to loosen it, adjust to the desired position, then re-tighten. It doesn't require very much force on the knob to lock it in. Assembly InstructionsMate up the holes on one arm with the knobby bits from the other side.The arm with the threads has to be on the outside, the inside part has to be the smooth, unthreaded, part.Connect the next arm in series the same way.Then connect the ball joint connector.Use the included bal
