Dummy 13 part leg

The highlighted component is the lower leg segment of the Dummy 13 figure. This part is known to break relatively often in the original model, especially with frequent posing or heavy use. For that reason, I provide it as a separate file, isolated from the other parts, to make replacement or reprinting easier.
